Ernie Kovacs (1919 - 1962) was the first television performer to grasp the medium's possibilities, and his uninhibited genius was let loose to experiment on the hilarious Ernie Kovacs Show from the early 1950s until his untimely death in 1962. CollectorsShangri-La.com has put together acquisitions from the Ernie Kovacs/Edie Adams Estate to create the ultimate personal keepsake in a unique limited edition.

Choose from either a set of 15 records from Ernie Kovacs' personal music collection, or a Deluxe Set of 20 records plus one of Mr. Kovacs' worn bow ties and shirt collars. There are 10 sets of records and an additional 10 sets with the bow tie and shirt collar. Kovacs' music collection includes music played on the show (as in the comedian's classic "The Tilted Table") as well as various classical music recordings, polka albums, musical cast albums, and what would now be considered "exotica" or "lounge" music. The set is accompanied by a numbered certificate. Authenticity guaranteed for life by Collector's Shangri-La.

Collector's Shangri-La has also acquired a Broadcasters Hall of Fame Induction Plaque and an Award for Contributions to the TV Industry from Ernie Kovacs/Edie Adams Estate.
