Today marks the birthday of two of our favorite icons of pop culture: the "Pope of Trash" John Waters and and the "Queen of Pin-Up" Bettie Page (1923 - 2008). This world would be a much less interesting place without their contributions.

Pictured above is an original watercolor and gouache painting on board by regular Playboy Magazine contributor Olivia De Berardinis from 1999 entitled "Rose Hips". This painting was published in the book The Art of Olivia.
