Today marks the birthday of Milton Caniff (1907 - 1988), legendary cartoonist famous for the
Terry and the Pirates and
Steve Canyon comic strips. Caniff was also one of the founders and former president of the National Cartoonists Society (I'm proud to be a member), and was inducted into the comic book industry's Will Eisner Comic Book Hall of Fame in 1988. Our Collector's Treasure is
